Parent Meeting Schedule
2023-24 Parent Organization Meeting Schedule: Birney Beekeeper Alliance meetings are (usually) the fourth Thursday of the month in the Birney auditorium from 6:00-7:30PM. Pizza and child care by Birney staff are made possible by generous donations of our families, friends, and community sponsors. This year's schedule is as follows:

2023-24 Family Friday Meeting Schedule: Alice Birney Elementary School typically hosts a monthly "Family Friday" activity where families assemble to hear announcements from school administrators and the Beekeeper Alliance, and also visit classrooms to talk with teachers and students to hear about their recent activities. Family Fridays typically include a 30 minute general meeting portion and a 30 minute class visit, usually from 2:30-3:30 prior to school dismissal at 3:35.
