Amazon.com
Shop through this link to give Birney a percentage of your purchase price. Friends of Alice Birney Elementary is set up on AmazonSmile, but a larger percentage comes back to Birney through this link.
Bags 4 Birney
We are not collecting can and bottle donations on campus at this time. Donations can be taken to RePlanet at 4460 University Av. They will give cash and a receipt/voucher. The voucher and cash can be turned into Trish in the office. Let us know and we will pick it up and mail the voucher in for an extra 10 %.
Benefit is an app that lets you buy digital gift cards to spend on normal every day purchases--you never lose the gift card, and a portion of your proceeds go back to Birney.
Here's how it works: download the mobile app to your phone, then search through Non-profits for Birney PTA. [If you can't find Birney, you're probably looking in Schools instead of Non-profits.] Then set up your credit/debit card or checking account and use Benefit to purchase gift cards. Those purchases give a percent back to Birney, and the gift cards can be used straight from your phone or online.
Box Tops for Education
Drop your Box Tops in the drop box in the office or at SAY or Prime Time to earn rewards for Birney. Box Tops can be found on many products, including Ziploc bags, Avery labels, and Kleenex facial tissue. More information is available on the Box Tops site.

Sign up online to have your debit, credit, and grocery frequent shopper cards (including Vons) counted towards Birney PTA. Use the eScrip portal to shop online to have a percentage of your purchases go to Birney. See the site for more details.
Sign up for free at energytroopers.org to have energy use alerts sent to your phone or email and indicate that Birney is your school when you sign up. Rewards starting at $100 are sent to Birney PTA when 15 people or more have signed up.
Fiji Frozen Yogurt Fridays
Fiji Yogurt sells frozen yogurt on campus after dismissal every Friday except for Family Fridays. Prices are $3.00 for an 8-ounce frozen yogurt without toppings and $4.00 for an 8-ounce yogurt with toppings. 20% of the proceeds will go back to Birney.
If you shop at Food4Less with a Food4Less or Ralph's Rewards card, a portion of your purchases could be donated back to Birney. Re-register every year starting September 1.

3. Follow the 5 easy steps to create an online account
4. You will be instructed to go to your email inbox to confirm your account

6. View all your information and edit as necessary
7. Link your card to your organization by clicking Community Rewards > My community contribution and follow the instructions. Click the circle next to Birney Elementary.

2. Click Sign In
3. Enter your email address and password
4. Click on ‘My Account’ (In the top right hand corner)
5. Click on Account Settings

Jamba Juice BOGO Cards
The PTA has a limited number of BOGO Jamba Juice cards available for $10. Each card is worth six Buy One Get One Free smoothies at any Jamba Juice location--a value up to $35. Cards do not expire. Email info@birneypta.com to reserve yours.
The MightyNest gives 15% back to Birney with every purchase from mightynest.com; search in our favorite zip code, 92103, for Birney Elementary.
